ISSUE #1 STATUS UPDATE

Hello all! This is the first of what I presume will be many updates regarding the status of future issues! Namely, I wanted I talk about the release of Issue 1!

In the first blog post, I said that Issues 1 and 2 would be a dual release, but this is no longer the case. This may come off as bad news, but it’s actually for a very good reason, which is that Issue 1 has absolutely ballooned in size. We’re looking at over 50 pages of fully illustrated comic here, with new flourishes coming all the time.

I don’t want people to wait forever for the comic to come out, and as such finishing Issue 1 is my number one priority! Of course, writing Issue 1 means solidifying the characters, setting, pacing, style, and all that technical stuff, so my goal is for no future chapter to ever take quite so long to release. With that being said, I’m looking at an EARLY JUNE release for the issue!

In the meantime, you may have noticed I’ve been posting weekly character profiles for fighters, both major and minor, who will debut in SPSK’s first story arc! Go check em out if you haven’t, and we’ll see you in June! -Miles S
